Welcome! I’m Eric Chavarria, your trusted Costa Rica real estate agent, committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate property transactions with honesty, transparency, and professionalism.
My Background & Qualifications
I was born in San José, Costa Rica, and raised in Miami Beach, Florida, where I earned my degree in Business Administration. My career in real estate began in 2002 when I obtained my Florida Real Estate License (#SL3022354). Over the past 23+ years, I’ve worked with banks, developers, auction companies, and private buyers across Florida and Costa Rica.
In addition, I hold a Florida Residential Construction License (CRC1331249), giving me a unique ability to evaluate properties from both a transactional and a structural perspective.
Today, I am also a proud member of the Cámara Costarricense de Corredores de Bienes Raíces (CCCBR) – Member #3703, Costa Rica’s national Board of Realtors. This membership reflects my commitment to ethical standards and professionalism in Costa Rica’s real estate market.
